In this ever-confusing world of health care reform and giant health insurances and HMO’s, we here at Irvine Kids MD, have built an oasis of a private pediatric office where patient’s views and desires for service are what we focus on most. We offer direct patient-to-doctor contracting so bureaucratic nonsense is eliminated at our practice. Alternative vaccination schedules are customized according to each parent’s views and concerns, provided that we have given the parents sufficient information to make an informed decision. Decisions to vaccinate or not are personal and treated as such without pressure of following any mandated schedule. Generally, vaccines are better tolerated without complications of allergies on even development delays if given one at a time, instead of groups of 4-5 at a time in typical vaccine schedules.

We want to make children and their parents feel like family when visiting our office because in many ways we have been given the privilege to join in your family for healthcare decisions on your little ones.
